Delivery

It is our expressed intention to deliver all goods ordered through freshcutsclothing.com within 5 working days within the U.K and Ireland, for purchases outside here please allow 10-12 working days.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order you make with thehouseofleaf.com and return any items already dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the said items (please see our “returns policy” below) and receive a full refund. 

Returns Policy

Due to Covid-19 restrictions please contact us before sending back returns and we can advise on where to send them!

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from freshcutsclothing.com. If, however, you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, we will fully refund or exchange the item in question, providing it is returned to us within 14 days and arrives back to thehouseofleaf.com in its original condition. All returns must be accompanied by documentation which quotes the original order reference number, along with a contact address (email or postal) and preferably a contact telephone number.  As the purchaser, you will be responsible for all returned items until such time as they have been received by freshcutsclothing.com.  You will be responsible for the full cost of the return postage.

Sale items or Items bought at a discount can not be returned.

When returning goods to freshcutsclothing.com we advise customers to obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ certificate from the Post Office.

Orders from outside the UK & Ireland

Orders from outside the UK & Ireland could be subject to import duties & taxes applied to goods once they arrive at the specified destination. The purchaser will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. thehouseofleaf.com cannot predict whether or not such charges will be applied to a given order nor provide any indication of the amounts of import duty and tax that could be applied in any given territory.  thehouseofleaf.com accepts no responsibility for any import duties and/or taxes incurred by the purchaser and advises purchasers from outside the Ireland/UK to obtain the relevant information from their local customs & excise office prior to placing an order.
